Everytime I make a pie crust something different goes wrong but everytime I make King Arthur pull apart butter rolls ( http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/golden-pull-apart-butter-buns-recipe ) they're perfect. So soft, a little sweet, fluffy, delicious every time. Today I substituted 1 cup of whole wheat for 1 cup of a/p and they were still wonderful. I've also shaped them into sandwich rolls and they were excellent.
